Bella Vita Spa and Fitness Center
The Bella Vita Spa and Fitness Center is over 55,000 square feet of luxury and is comprised of the Fitness Center with trainers on hand to help you use the equipment, dance studio, cycling room, andcircuit training room with stoplight. The indoor pool is located at Bella Vita and has lap lanes and diving platforms. There is also a large hot tub to soak the aches and pains away. The locker rooms are magnificent with wet and dry saunas as well as showers and a dressing area , and showers. The developer recently added a new building for Spa services. You can indulge yourself with massage services and facial or manicures and pedicures. The Spa now has its own changing room and shower as well as a relaxing waiting area. The floor throughout the Bella Vita Spa and Fitness Center in non workout area is rich travertine tile. The fountain in the center courtyard is the focal point to the peaceful courtyard where you can just relax. The Bella Vita Spa and Fitness center is one of four must see Citrus Hills Amenities.

The Bella Vita Fitness Center provides everything you will need to stay in top shape and feel great. At the Fitness Center you will find the latest in equipment, experienced health club staff ready to offer advice and work with you to develop a workout plan, and fun fitness classes offered each month. From beginner to advanced you’ll find everything you want right here in these extensive facilities. The health club staff are always available to help you use the equipment and adjust the machines to your height and comfort level. There is also a large free weight section for serious muscle building and targeted workouts. The circuit machines give you a quick overall body work out. There is also a circuit room with a stop light to time your rotation. There is a dedicated spinning room for cyclists. The dance room is equipped with hardwoods and is where the group classes are held. The olympic sized indoor pool is located in the Bella Vita Spa and fitness center. There is a hot tub to soak your achey muscles and lounge chairs to relax in. The exquisite locker rooms are equipped with both a wet and dry sauna.

Racquet Ball/Wally Ball Courts
Looking for a fun and active way to stay fit? Come join us at the Bella Vita Spa and Fitness center in the Villages Citrus Hills for some racquet ball and wally ball (indoor volleyball) action! Our courts are perfect for players of all levels, so whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, you're sure to have a great time. See you on the court! Reservations are made at the fitness desk for one hour intervals. Racquets are available at the fitness desk.

The pool is heated. The indoor pool is part of the Bella Vita Spa and Fitness Center Citrus Hills amenities. Both the men's and women's locker rooms are located across from the pool. The luxurious locker rooms have both a wet and a dry sauna, showers, restrooms, and dressing and make-up areas.

The Citrus Hills Activity Center houses the outdoor pool and hot tub, the stage/multipurpose room, card/craft room, pool tables library and new golf simulator. The pickleball courts are located outside of the activity center. The activity center got all new lounge tables and chairs this year. The outdoor pool at the Activity Center is another one of Citrus Hills amenities.
The Bella Vita Pool offers a great swimming experience with dedicated lap lanes for lap swimmers. The pool is heated and water aerobic classes are held at the outdoor pool at the Activity center. Come and enjoy a refreshing swim or join one of our water aerobic classes today!
The outdoor pool area is the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun. With plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas you can relax in style. And for those cooler evenings, the hot tub is the ideal to warm up and unwind
If you're searching for an enjoyable and engaging activity, we invite you to try out our Pickleball courts. Our activity center boasts 8 courts that are available on a firstome, first-serve basis. Skyview Restaurant and Skyview Golfcourse are located in Skyview Country Club. Skyview restaurant provides fine dining . Jason Perry is the executive chef at Skyview Restaurant. Reservations are required in the Wood Room and there is a full bar and table seating as well as outdoor dining overlooking the 1st hole. There are "Tunes and Bites" with live music weekly. The Skyview Pavillion is another one of the Citrus Hills Amenities.

Skyview Golf Course
Skyview at Terra Vista boasts the highest point of any Florida golf course. It is a challenging 18 hole championship course with rolling hills nestled between picturesque vistas and homes and is one of the best Citrus Hills amenities. Skyview has a fully stocked Pro Shop.

Skyview Tennis
The Skyview tennis pavillion has eight lighted Hydrogrid Har-Tru tennis courts. The courts were designed by Welsh Tennis, a premier court builder from Sun City Florida. The maintenance staff is Welsh trained to keep the courts in tip top condition. Skyview also has a pro shop and a s covered raised observation deck which can accomodate up to 48 people. There are no better views of the courts from the observation deck with tables and chairs to enjoy the views of the courts. It is a perfect spot for socializing and provides a vantage point to watch the sunset. Certified professional staff are available for clinics, lessons, team practices, USTA leagues and fun group events. Recreational and competitive players enjoy year-round activities including matches and tournaments.

Rockwood Park
Rockwood park is nestled amidst homes and the lake.There are shaded walking trails, the dog park, children's playground, bocci and basketball. Residents can picnic by the lake. The RC boaters also use the lake to run their sailboats.

RC Sailboat Racing
If you're looking for a fun and exciting activity to do in The Villages of Citrus Hills, look no further than RC sailboat racing at Rockwood Park. The Model Yacht club meets every Saturday from 10:30-2:00 at the lake to race and practice their skills. Whether you're a seasoned sailor or just starting out, this is a great way to spend a beautiful day outdoors. Come join the fun and see what RC sailboat racing is all about!
