Bobbie Glen
Bobbie Glen is the newest Village in Terra Vista. The streets are in. Survey stakes mark the boundaries for the homes, and the name Bobbie Glen was just added to the neighorhood sign. Palm trees have been added to the landscaping for the main road and we are anxiously waiting for Citrus Hills construction to break ground on the first homes.
Bellamy Ridge
Bellamy Ridge is a gated village in Terra Vista. Bellamy Ridge consists of luxurious single family homes, 2500 sq feet and above, sitting on .25 acres and up. Some homes are on the golf course and some have water views. This gives you a little more space to spread out in Terra Vista. You maintain your own yard and have annual HOA dues of $300. There are about 150 homes in Bellamy Ridge with 7 cul de sacs. Homes in Bellamy Ridge start in the $700,000's.

Westford Villas
Fences- All fences added to your lot must be approved by the ACC. Any fence cannot interfere with any easements that may exist. A survey showing the exact locaton of the fence plus any other information that may be requested by the commitee. The fence shall:
a. Be of a decorative nature (no chain link, wood, solid or wall type).
b. Be a maximum of 4 feet tall.
c. Have gates that allow proper access to your back yard for lawn maintenance (48-54 inches wide)
d. Black or dark bronze metal or aluminum of an acceptable quality, subject to the design of the lot and
determined on a case-by-case basis.
e. No vinyl or plastic fencing material is permitted unless approval is granted by the ACC and used to shield trash containers, hoses, or equipment. Shrub material is encouraged to soften the view from the street or side views.
f. No temporary fencing allowed.
g. Lots will be evaluated on an individual basis due to narrow lot lines that would prohibit access for lawn
maintenance and mechanical equipment.
h. Dog runs are permitted on the side of your home extending no more than 50% of the home length, if space
allows and does not interfere with neighbors’ access to equipment.
